Class 5 is currently collaborating with international best-selling author Benjamin Myers on his first feature film screenplay, Rare Singles, in association with Warner Music Entertainment. Based on his novel, Rare Singles, set in Chicago and Scarborough, is a warm, tender and funny story about unlikely friendships, second chances, and the magic of soul music.
Following Nickie Sault’s successful collaboration with Myers on the BBC and A24 adaptation of The Gallows Pole, we are excited to continue working with Benjamin as he takes on his first-ever feature film screenplay commission.
